Mordred Heights

Sitting south only to the Aelous Mirador is the Plutonian capital city called Mordred Heights. Its central castle known as “World’s End Castle” is the traditional seat of the crowned Plutonian Emperor, the Rex, and other high-ranking officials. It is so famously cold and blustery this far north that blizzard snow is often said to fall straight up, from the ground to the sky.
